This air-cooled, multi-lobe pump delivers an impressive pumping speed of 35 cfm (thousand liters per minute) and a base pressure of seven and a half millitorr. Unlike dry scroll pumps which typically have a single scroll design, the Neo-Dry 60e is a screw pump with multi-lobe action. Neo-Dry 60e dry vacuum pumps are available in 200 to 240-volt single-phase or three-phase options, featuring a highly efficient 1.5-kilowatt motor. What sets these dry pumps apart is their ability to handle 600 grams per hour of condensable vapors, making them ideal for processes involving drying materials or heavy chamber cleaning.

To optimize the dry screw pumps performance, we recommend using a gas ballast. For post-process sweeping, the atmospheric ballast with an isolation valve, orifice plate, and check valve is suitable. If your process involves flammables or mild chemistry, the mechanical ballast with similar components allows you to introduce nitrogen (N2) or clean dry air (CDA).

Additionally, the Neo-Dry 60e comes with a convenient isolation valve wired into the power supply, controlled by a time delay relay. This feature ensures that in the event of a power failure, the valve remains closed until the pump reaches full speed, preventing backflow and preserving the vacuum in your chamber.

Operating this dry screw vacuum pump is straightforward, with three options for starting and stopping: a rocker switch, a keypad with on-off and idle modes, or remote I/O control through your tool host computer, laptop, or PLC. These features provide flexibility and ease of use.
