Kashiyama NeoDry Multilobe Dry Pumps
Kashiyama NeoDry Pumps are an excellent alternative to rotary vane wet pumps and dry scroll pumps where dry inert gas, high moisture content inert gas, or mildly aggressive gasses require oil-free pumping. The NeoDry Series, with pumping speeds of 250, 500 and 600 liters3/min, does not require cooling water or nitrogen purge.
Applications
General Applications
NeoDry pumps perform excellently on load locks, PVD systems, analytical instruments and electron microscopeS.
Pharmaceutical Labs
NeoDry Pumps are an excellent choice to replace environmentally unfriendly rotary vane pumps, and since they do not have tip seals, they eliminate tip seal swelling that occurs with dry scroll pumps when exposed to typical lab chemistries and high-moisture content.
Medical OEM Equipment
The NeoDry’s compact, quiet design combined with the ability to support mild chemistry and high-moisture content makes it an excellent series for OEM medical equipment.
For more aggressive applications, the NeoDry series provides an option for air or N2 purge to support the rapid removal of large amounts of water vapor and mild process gasses.

Kashiyama NeoDry Multilobe Dry Pumps YouTube Transcript
Welcome to SynSysco’s product studio! In this informative video, SynSysCo introduces you to the impressive Kashiyama line of neo-dry multi-lobe dry vacuum pumps. SynSysCo is proud to be the distributor for these pumps in the United States, providing both sales and service. Our goal is to give you a comprehensive overview of the seven models that make up the neo-dry line.
One of the standout features of a neo-dry screw vacuum pump is the two-year warranty that comes with each pump. Designed for continuous operation, 24/7, 365 days a year, these pumps are built to last. In fact, Kashiyama suggests a three-year maintenance interval, but many of our customers have reported significantly longer service intervals of up to four to six years without requiring any maintenance. This impressive reliability ensures smooth operations and minimizes downtime for your processes.
One of the major advantages of the Kashiyama neo-dry pumps is their air-cooled design. This makes them an excellent choice for areas with water shortages or for facilities seeking LEED certification and looking to reduce water consumption. By eliminating the need for water cooling, these dry screw vacuum pumps offer cost savings and environmental benefits.
Furthermore, the neo-dry pumps are completely dry, meaning there are no oils or lubricants in the vacuum path. This makes them an excellent alternative to rotary vane pumps and dry scroll pumps. This eliminates the risks and costs associated with oil-lubricated pumps. With no hydrocarbon back streaming, there’s no need for additional measures such as N2 traps or demisters, saving you time and money on maintenance. The non-contact design ensures that no particles are created during operation, safeguarding sensitive instrumentation and your valuable products from contamination.
Another remarkable feature of the neo-dry pumps is their ability to handle high concentrations of condensable vapor. From IPA to acetone, these pumps can easily accommodate various cleaning processes or degassing operations. With impressive tolerance against vapors, ranging from 120 grams per hour in the smallest model to 600 grams per hour in the largest, these pumps deliver reliable performance in demanding applications.
All the neo-dry pumps are inverter-driven, offering flexibility in different power environments. Whether it’s 50Hz or 60Hz, these vacuum systems can adapt seamlessly. This feature is particularly beneficial for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) as it ensures consistent performance regardless of the global location where the process is running.
Now, let’s delve into the individual models of the neo-dry family. From the compact NeoDry 7 to the powerful NeoDry 300, each pump offers varying capacities and specifications to suit different needs. Detailed descriptions of each model are available in the respective videos, where we compare them to other rotary veins or dry pumps and discuss their specific applications.
SynSysCo is committed to providing products with top-quality vacuum technology and excellent service to meet your vacuum pumping needs.
