OMNI® Helium Compressors are built to drive cryopumps from multiple manufacturers simultaneously on the same tool, including Sumitomo Marathon®, CTI Cryo-Torr®, CTI On-Board®, and Trillium Cryo-Plex® pumps. They can run those pumps as a single group by manufacturer or as a mix in a single application.
